FINANCIAL AGREEMENT & REFUND POLICY

Parents and players  understand  and  agree  that  by  accepting  the position  offered  on  a  St  Clair  Shores  Reign  FC  team  obligates  them  to  pay-in-full  all  registration fee(s) that apply to their  seasonal financial commitment. It is the parents intent to fully honor this commitment and to play with St Clair Shores Reign FC  Soccer Club for the full seasonal year. Parents and players  understand that if they do not pay their fee(s) in full, they agree to make  financial  arrangements  to  pay  installments  toward  fulfilling  any  delinquent balances of their financial obligation before or by the date(s) set forth by St Clair Shores Reign FC  Soccer Club and the family.  

FAILURE TO FULFILL CLUB FINANCIAL COMMITMENT:     The parents and players  understand and agree that if they  fail to fulfill any financial obligations to St Clair Shores Reign FC that  it  will  result  in  their  athlete(s)  pass-card  being  temporarily  suspended which will  then  prevent  their athlete  from  competing  in  games,  tournaments  and  club  activities until all financial obligations are fulfilled.  

CLUB REFUND POLICY:  Parents and players  understand and agree that St Clair Shores Reign FC Soccer  fees are  non-refundable.  Parents and players  also  understand that if  they  choose  to  leave St Clair Shores Reign FC or request to transfer to another travel club at any time during 

the financial obligation period that no portion of the fees will be refundable.
